I need somebody who is good with like Corel draw or something. I have the visions in my lil head... but I can't get them accurate enough for a painter to use off my drawings. I am willing to pay for their time for the help. Thanks, Keith
I used a template of a helmet I had from a racer magazine and sketched it out for my painter. What do you have in mind? E-mail me and maybe I can assist
I can't use Corel or Photoshop, but I'm good with design using old-fashioned pencil and paper. And crayons (I promise not to eat any, at least until we're done). And vinyl electrical tape. You've seen my work. besides, I owe you! And I got nothin' else to do!!!! Please, please, pick me!!!!!!!

I have a friend and coworker that is the Graphic Designer at my company and he is looking to get back doing freelance work. I asked if he would be interested in your project and he is. If you would like I could give him your contact info or vice versa. I ran my helmet design past him before I sent it to get painted so he is not totally foreign to racing helmet design.
Let me know.

You'll definitely go faster in the top design so choose that one.
The other reason is the slanted stripes work better with the lower design and give it a more cohesive dynamic look.
You will also be required to produce a picture of yourself wearing the helmet, a racing suit and nomex gloves while actually flying the plane.

Thanks... The Yak 54 is the best ever balanced aerobatic plane. Sadly, it was just a little bit heavy with a lack of power. If they would have made it from composites and another 75 HP it would have been a big winner... I just love something that is ugly AND useful.

Yeah Keith, I think that last one here is great. But don't be bound by what TJR folk think. What do YOU like? You have to wear it!

My first pic was cammo. So, that should tell you how much artistic skill I DON'T have...
I had to have help with the initial design too. All I meant was to not feel like you HAVE to take the advice of every suggestion you get here because you don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. Like I said, you have to wear it. [/SIZE]
Besides, I can do up a really cool camo pattern for you similar to the job I did on my SpudGun X1®. I can do it with with four-color PetePAT® digital camouflage in a woodland or desert motif. I'm really looking forward to doing that for you. But you know, I won't be offended if you don't want me to.
You might want to consider this amplification helmet that would be the perfect compliment to save your voice during pit lane coordinator duties.
I'm also looking for a new helmet design... Need some help selecting the right propeller motif if I can figure out how to get the propeller to stay on a helmet at speed.

The amplification helmet is awesome. I can just see Keith walking pit lane with that on!!! "DRIVERS' MEETING, GROUP 2 DRIVERS' MEETING!!!!" Then during the session he'd be bitching about the CG being too high. Way too funny.
