Team Juicy in Las Vegas?
During the drivers meeting at Mid Ohio in September, Michelle Marden said she was taking names for those interested in a group hotel reservation for the 2006 Las Vegas race weekend. Said she would post details on the TJR website. I can find nothing.
Who is planning on going? When will you head out? Where are you going to stay? Kasey

A group I'm aware of that is 90% sure of attending includes Tom Brown, Jason Weiner, Mark Fee, Tom Roberts, Dirk Daems, Steve Ablondi, Mike Kolacki and me. There are no specific hotel plans but I think most of us are planning on staying on the strip, arriving like Wednesday or Thursday and trying to not get arrested, Roberts idea, until Saturday night at the earliest.
If Stevie D. checks this site, Steve please bring the bell as T.Brown needs some encouragement to stay motivated for the entire weekend.

It looks like the Master's Natl crew will be there also.
Is the strip close to the track? I heard it was a hike.

The tracks web site suggests that it is relatively close, like 15 to 20 minutes or so. Not bad and access to good hotels for a change.

I DID put up a sign-up sheet but NOBODY signed up - except maybe Duncan's mom. So that was the end of that. We're staying at Caesar's - Celine, Elton John, Spago, The Forum Shops, a great spa - you can't beat it as a one stop shop for off-track fun. (Gonna try and avoid the getting arrested part, though - BTDT)
