Civilian Rocket (watch this in HD)

I found the following in the Florida Bar News:

"South Florida engineer and patent attorney Greg Mayback was a member of the South Florida team that successfully launched a 26-foot tall civilian rocket more than 120,000 feet in a national contest designed to foster continued interest in space transportation and research."
