We're doing another Clinic/Workshop and we have some spots available. This one is being held at Watkins Glen the Monday (September 20th) immediately prior to the race weekend.

If you don't know what the clinics are, they're intensive advanced lapping/hands-on feedback sessions that have dramatically improved lap times for participants on a consistent basis.

Basically, we rent the track for a half or full day and get unlimited running time with a no-more than 2 to 1 hand selected student to instructor ratio. Instructors basically do 'lead/follows' from the beginning of the time we're on track until the last minute, usually somewhere around 5 or 6 30 minute sessions for a half day. We only stop for fuel, and we take advantage of the down time only to get feedback between sessions.

This Clinic is an A.M. track clinic, running on the Watkins Glen full course. There is an option to run the clinic for the second half of the day at a small increase, and which the decision does not have to be made until close to the end of the AM session.

The cost of the program is $1,470 per driver based on 10 drivers. Up to 12 are possible or even recommended, which would lower the per-driver cost down to $1,225. There would be 6 instructors assigned to drive with the group. The optional afternoon session is $6,850 flat for the group, regardless of how many drive. The damage liability applies as all previous clinics, and as per race series rules. A catered breakfast/lunch provided.

Unfortunately, no timing and scoring services can be provided at this clinic as the girls don't arrive until later in the week. Rain insurance, which has provided a FREE clinic during two of three past clinics (!!) is a possibility once the group has been finalized, at an additional cost (usually around 10%).

PS. Here was the last Clinic's schedule of activities. This clinic is different in that it doesn't have any autocross or braking exercises, but you can get an idea of how we run the lapping sessions.

We're now 8. I'd like to take it to ten at a minimum and max it at 12, which I think would be ideal. We could still do it at eight if you guys agree.
