Todd Snyder lands Speed World Challenge ride
Lexington, OH - May 25, 2005
Current SBR Race Director Todd Snyder landed an eleventh hour ride in the Speed World Challenge GT Series for this past weekend's race at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. Snyder, a former Indy Lights ace, came out of retirement and showed speed immediately, topping the charts in every session and going flag-to-flag for the GT victory! Fearing his tenacious skill behind the wheel, Speed World Challenge officials slapped Snyder with a hefty REWARDS weight penalty for the following round at Cleveland. See photo below. Way to go Todd! Does this mean SCCA will start recognizing Skippy races again for Licensing?
