Race Series News: Rocket Boy could use some help

I am surprised to see no mention of RB's recent crash and injuries at the Summer Series final weekend this past week at Rd Atlanta. Apparently while testing the series cars he had a brake failure and went off in turn one and made significant contact with the tire wall. He suffered some injuries to his knee and back. Todd Snyder has started a Go Fund Me drive to help raise money for RB and his family while he will not be able to work due to his injuries. As you've noticed things are pretty quiet here but thankfully RB's Go Fund Me fund blossomed to impressive heights.

I was strapping into a car on pit lane when he augered into turn one. I didn't see the impact but the dust cloud was horrifically impressive.

It was wonderful to see the supportive response from every corner of the racing community. :-)
