The Skippy guys obviously don't understand that raising the price is going to result in a decrease in volume. It's simple economics. For example, if they raise the price AGAIN within the year, I'm going to cut out one or more of the "extra" sessions (lapping, practice, lead-follow) I do to keep my total outlay the same or less. I may find other, more economical avenues for my need for speed. And they will end up losing more than if they had left the prices the same. Skippy works because of the "value" they trumpet in their ads. They better be careful they don't price themselves out of that "value" niche. But we've already addressed these issues ad nauseum. That's it for me on the subject. Al, buy the company already.
